From day one we found Brett extremely thorough with the contract, we were very impressed with him making enquiries on day one, actually making the first phone call on the way out the driveway. He Achieved what we needed and handled an extremely difficult client that we had been dealing with for quite some time with professionalism, but firmness, so that they would stop stuffing us around. He made it very clear from the beginning where we stood and what we wanted. Throughout the whole process he was an excellent communicator, responded to every email, phone call or text in a timely manner. From day one he listened to what we wanted and achieved the result we needed from listening and guiding us along the right path. Every single client he showed through our property had a very thorough look at not only the house, but the entire property. He was never in a rush or impatient with us. This is the second property Kerrie has sold for us. It’s been a hard market in the southern highlands over the past few years. Kerrie just doesn’t give up,,,,,, our first property was unique and took a little longer to sell. Kerrie was in constant communicated, changed tactics when things didn’t go well, advised us on different strategies, pursued buyers, backed up what she said she would do,,,, I love this about her.
