When I decided to sell my family home I done extensive research in my local area. I set a strict criteria in which whoever I chose to sell my house they must meet it. Obviously I wanted the best result in the quickest time frame. Maryam ticked all these boxes, my research paid off better than I thought it would. Maryam had my house sold before the sign even went up. Her before and after service is the best I’ve ever seen, along side her employee Simone. I can’t recommend Maryam and her team enough for anyone wanting to sell their home. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed. Many thanks once again Maryam, you were true to your word and you deserve all the praise you get. Sincerely

Sandra is a lovely person, and was a pleasure to deal with as she guided us through the process from start to finish, even though buying a house can be very stressful! She was honest and timely with her advice, and we would recommend her to any other potential vendors and purchasers. We viewed several properties with her, and she had a real knack for sensing what we were looking for. Great job, Sass!

Honestly I can’t recommend Maryam Spicer enough. If you are looking to hire a trustworthy local agent who works for you, Not the buyers or solely for the brand, She is the right agent for you.  Maryam is incredible at what she does. Her negotiation skills & strategies are flawless. Her results are outstanding as per usual. Once again she proved that she cares. which is exactly why I trusted her She didn’t just sell my house, she also arranged tradies to prepare the house & offered our tenant to get the property cleaned up professionally just so she can get better price. Most agents don’t care.  Maryam & her team as well as her tradie contacts are trust worthy and highly professional. Her effortlessly genuine caring nature also helped me to go through it all with minimal stress.  I trusted Maryam as she was the only agent out of many who showed genuine interest in helping me as the seller and not so much helping her company to make a quick profit.  She helped me to go through it all with minimal effort. She also Stablished a good relationship with our tenant, made the private viewings possible even through the week nights & managed the inspections and negotiations to an incredible extent of success. She got me two offers a lot higher than other agents opinions. So glad that Maryam was able to help.

We would just like to express how truly impressed we were with Mel’s caring service. From the onset, Mel was very kind and offered amazing support to my mum in the sale of her home. With Mum being elderly and myself living away from mum, it was wonderful having Mel take the reins. We needed to engage some trades and Mel was able to facilitate this for us efficiently and affordably for mum. Mel also introduced us to Elle from Paradiso Road, who is a stylist that helped make mums home very presentable and with whom we still have a relationship today. I would highly recommend Mel for anyone seeking a kind, caring knowledgeable agent who also presents herself in a very professional fashion at her inspection appointments. I below that dressing appropriately as an agent represents professionalism as it reflects your business ethic. Sloppy presentation equals sloppy business. Mel certainly epitomises the true face of professionalism.

Kari was a fantastic agent, selling my property for me so quickly. The first offer was in within 5 days of advertising. Her knowledge of the current market meant that her advice was always sound and useful, leading me to get the best for the sale. Kari was always lovely to deal with, had good advice on how to present the house and how the various events throughout the marketing and sale would play out. She also checked in regularly when potential buyers were coming through and throughout the sale of the property. I can't thank her enough!
