From the outset Maryam made you feel like you mattered, not just a number or commission. We had a number of high profile agents come through the house quickly, Quote a number 30 to 50k under what we believed was the value of the home. Obviously looking for a quick easy sale. Maryam came in, made some small suggestions to help.the saleability of the house, quoted a value in our expectation range.
