Our journey with Alex began with my idea to begin going to open houses to get an idea of what we liked and didn't like. I had been to only 1 open house before with a different agent. I was quite open that a sale would not be coming from me that day due to us not having moved far through the home buying journey at all. To this, a different agent (understandably) put his resources only to others. However, when I had this same conversation with Alex, he asked what I both liked and didn't like at which stage I didn't know. Alex helped us figure out what we like and what we weren't looking for without pushing us towards anything. At every stage in our search and in our buying process Alex acted with professionalism and upheld strong moral values. Alex is personable and looks out for both the buyer and seller.
