I have dealt with Alex as a seller and also as a buyer and I have no hesitation in recommending him. Honesty is the quality that first comes to mind. What Alex says is how it is. You don't have to try and read any subtext. Alex is also is very reliable in getting back to you and he has never been hard to contact. Alex is willing to do the hard work to sell your property. We had a couple of buyers that backed off at the last minute but Alex didn't let that phase him. He just rolled up the sleeves and worked on the next inquiry.
