Melly helped us sell our house and kept us informed every step of the way. We out our house up for sale in Nov 2019 and although Dec / Jan was slow - she managed to sell the property for un in Feb 20. Even when she was away on holiday - she made sure that there was a replacement agent that helped with the weekly house viewing. If I summed up Melly in one word - Consistency. She is consistent in her communication with us, informing us on feedbacks from property vierwers, she was consistent in getting the best outcome for us, she was consistent in both positive and negative feedback in terms of what buyers were saying to her.
