David and I were introduced to Barry when our immediate neighbour was selling back in 2017. We told him of our proposed purchase from an off-the-plan venture and that we would be selling our home once we knew of the projected time of completion of our new home. Barry was great, keeping us informed as to what the market was doing throughout this lead time and when another of our neighbours put their home on the market. He kept us up to date with the interest in their home, as our residence was similar in size. When their home sold, Barry came to us as one of his prospective buyers had missed out on the sale. We weren’t ready to sell at the time, but if the right person came along and was willing to have an extended settlement date we would be happy to show the property. The end result was we got a great price without any out of pocket expenses in regard to advertising/marketing, and with an extended 14 week settlement period. Thank you Barry, your diligence and knowledge of the market in the area produced a great result for all parties.
