The sale of my rental property couldn't have gone better with Ash. A few days after listing with Ash, there was a home open with interest. Within a week we had a cash offer which we acepted and the sale was settled 30 days later. Well done Ash.

I haven't had to buy a house for over 20 years I had some very bad experiences with a couple of agents in the weeks leading up to buy through Ashley. Ashley took the time to explain how the market was changing and gave me great confidence in my purchase. I would recommend Ashley to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Andy' superior local market knowledge became apparent the moment we spoke to him about our search for an investment property. Andy took the time to listen to our needs and wants and found us exactly what we were looking for. I would have no hesitation whatsoever buying through Andy again and he will be top of our list when the time comes to sell.
Andrew Gatt
Andrew Gatt worked very hard to get our sales in a tough environment. He kept us in touch with progress and we never had to chase him about anything. Highly motivated and a very friendly manner I would highly recommend him for his professionalism and knowledge of the area.

Amanda was our eyes and ears throughout the purchase of our property. As we were in different cities and with a lengthy commute Lin and I were reliant on information being conveyed in terms of the property. she went to great lengths to video the property and give accurate feedback. We would have no hesitation to strongly recommend Amanda to anybody.
