Leased my unit in a very unit saturated area with only one open. We're excellent with communication, sensitive to outgoing tenant and attentive to my concerns. I spoke to around eight other local letting agents and Plum stood out over the others making them an easy choice and one I've not regretted. I moved house in February this year & having to do it alone was extremely stressful. I had issues with removalists, internet providers, cleaners & just trying to move by yourself can be very daunting to say the least. At one point I was having to get a ute back to the garage so that I didn't have to pay extra, but was running out of time due to having to unload the ute by myself. Kelly (who happened to be at the property for another issue) helped me unload in record time, and stayed with my things till I came back. Every step of the way, she has been respectful, genuinely caring & always speaks on the same level making you feel at ease. I have now been in my unit a month & everything (except my internet - but you can't control that unfortunately) has gone smoothly & life is now back to normal.
