Kym is extremely professional and efficient. When we initially made contact with her, she came to our house that morning and had the paperwork prepared the same afternoon. During the process, Kym kept us updated regularly regarding open homes. She also gave us continual constructive feedback and advice. This helped us with the prompt sale of our house.

We recently brought our house in Chapel Hill, Brisbane through Tyler Bean at Plum Property. We were very happy with the service from Tyler as he was efficient, professional and excellent at communicating with us on every aspect of the process. We can highly recommend him. He is always helpful if we had any questions and got back to us with answers quickly. If you want to buy or sell your house speak to him.

Tyler made the whole process of selling my house at auction a painless, easy experience. It sold under the hammer and was all done and dusted within 8 weeks of listing with him. He is an excellent auctioneer who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting a good, honest, friendly real-estate agent.

We had the unit listed with another prominent local agent for three months with minimal results. At the conclusion of the exclusive agency period we engaged Brett and he had a cash contract within the first two weeks. No hesitation in recommending him.
