We moved from Canberra and had no idea about the area or where to live. If there was someone we needed to introduce us to the area it was Kym. Kym listened to what we were looking for and filled the brief like she was actually in our heads. She listens and I cannot stress that enough, she will truly LISTEN and hear what you are looking for and knows the area like the back of her hand. For personal touches like a text here and there with local tradies or local stores or services Kym is your gal! Wishing there were more like her in the world and looking forward to working with her again. If we ever sell we won’t be looking to sell with anyone else.
