My sister and I purchased a house from Vern and we were so impressed by his high level of professionalism. Vern was straightforward and honest and he listened to us. We had dealt with agents from two other companies and they did not listen - they simply told us how great the properties were and what we should pay for them. They didn't even give us the time to say the magic words "pre-approved finance". So it was refreshing to meet Vern and work with him in what was the easiest ever purchase of a house. From the very start of the purchase process Vern was great - he was very flexible and organised things so that our whole family got a chance to walk through the property before we signed the contract. From that time on, no question was too much trouble for Vern and every question received a prompt response. Vern checked in with us regularly throughout the purchase process to make sure we were on track which we really appreciated. Vern is a very engaging agent, highly professional and it was our absolute pleasure to work with him. We had not been looking forward to putting our house on the market because we’d heard the market was ‘soft’, but the time had come for us to down-size. We interviewed a couple of agents who had been recommended to us, but decided to give Kym the job of selling our house because we liked her style and because she has such a good record of selling property in our suburb. She is very pleasant and not in the least pushy, which was important to us, but also she has the almost uncanny ability to match up prospective buyers to the properties on her books. The whole selling process went much more smoothly than we had expected, and we believe that both the buyers and ourselves were very pleased with the outcome.
