What could have been a really hard time for us when it came to selling our family home of 50 years was turned into a wonderful, fun and memorable experience, all thanks to the amazing Vern. I appointed Daniel to sell our unit early this year. He and his team were fully engaged to show the unit weekly to potential buyers. Due to the difficult market conditions in Brisbane, there were very few offers to buy our unit but the determination from Daniel and his team eventually paid off. Daniel finally got us a buyer recently and negotiated a fair price for us.
