Brett made selling our unit so easy. Within a couple of days of choosing Brett to sell our unit, he liaised with the real estate agent managing the rental, and he met with the tenants. Within a week the unit was on the market. He managed the sale very efficiently and kept us in the loop on what to expect and timelines. From when the sale occurred, he then forwarded on documents to our solicitor of choice. Brett has exceptional knowledge of the real estate industry, and he communicated everything clearly to us. He is very professional in his dealings.
