Kym has renewed my faith in real estate. Having worked in the industry I had become appalled at the lack of honesty & integrity surfacing in real estate. Kym gave us the real story about the market, a realistic expectation for the sale figure & personally ensured the property was ready for market. Kym delivered on all her promises & sold the property in 3 days of advertising at a price we were happy with. Thanks Kym - seamless service & a joy to work with.

Highly recommend Brett for the most up to date approach to selling units in Taringa. He was able to maximise the number of people to were exposed to the unit and find a buyer who loves the property. Very responsive at all times of the day and week and able to problem solve rapidly with a positive mindset. Could not be happier!

Sonya was delightful to delegate with and helped along every part of the way. She didn’t hesitate when the contract had to be resigned under two names and provided swift feedback and responses. She had a great deal of information and knowledge and helped out even to the very end.

Mervyn recommended a number of things I wouldn't have done such as staging and only giving a price guide, but I had the confidence in him to lead the way. The outcome of a well planned sales campaign was a better result in terms of price and a fast outcome than we could have hoped for.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lewis Jones to sell my house, and I must say that I am extremely impressed with the level of service and expertise provided throughout the entire process. From the moment I embarked on this journey, Lewis demonstrated a deep understanding of the market and a strategic approach to marketing my property. Their campaign was nothing short of exceptional. The attention to detail in the listing description, the high-quality photographs that showcased the best features of the house, and the well-coordinated online and offline promotional efforts all contributed to attracting a record number of potential buyers following the first open home, and more than a dozen offers on the property by the following day. What truly Lewis apart was his outstanding negotiation skills. Not only did he secure a sale price that exceeded my expectations, but he also navigated the negotiation process with professionalism and finesse. Their ability to advocate for my interests while maintaining a respectful and collaborative atmosphere with the buyers was truly commendable. Throughout the sale process, Lewis demonstrated excellent communication and responsiveness, keeping me informed every step of the way, promptly answering any questions or concerns I had. This level of transparency and engagement greatly eased my mind during what can often be a stressful time. I also appreciated Lewis's dedication to going above and beyond. He and his team provided valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the presentation of my property, which undoubtedly contributed to the success of the sale. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Lewis Jones to anyone looking to sell a property. The exceptional campaign, skillful negotiation, and unwavering dedication make him a standout real estate professional.

Brett made selling our unit so easy. Within a couple of days of choosing Brett to sell our unit, he liaised with the real estate agent managing the rental, and he met with the tenants. Within a week the unit was on the market. He managed the sale very efficiently and kept us in the loop on what to expect and timelines. From when the sale occurred, he then forwarded on documents to our solicitor of choice. Brett has exceptional knowledge of the real estate industry, and he communicated everything clearly to us. He is very professional in his dealings.
