I have both bought and sold with Vern, this last sale was a niche property in a tough market but Vern used his people skills , market experience and determination and got a fantastic result for us all. Very happy and would highly recommend Vern to help with any property purchase or sale.

We found Kym a pleasure to deal with. Her market knowledge is impecable.Kym's estimate of an achievable selling price valuation can be believed, unlike many other agents who tend to over estimate valuation to achieve a listing.Kept us fully informed at every stage of the sale process.

Brett is amazing. He got a sale price for our apartment far beyond our expectations. He kept us constantly updated during the process and made the whole experience stress free. Thanks Brett for your professionalism, friendliness and can do attitude. It's easy to see why you are so well recognised in your field.

We have used Brett's services a number of times over the past 15 years and he is always professional, knowledgeable and provides the best advice on marketing a property with realistic expectations. Our most recent experience saw our unit advertised and sold for a record price within two weeks.

We were very happy that we chose Brett to sell our property. He made us feel confident it would sell quickly and for a good price and he didn't us down. It all went very smoothly with no hick ups. Would certainly use Brett in any future sales. Thanks Mate.

For over 25 years I have worked in real estate in St Lucia, now retiring with many happy memories. I didn’t hesitate in choosing Vern Gilbert to act for me, he made selling seem effortless whilst achieving a record price for the suburb. I have always respected his knowledge of property, Vern has a strong connection with the western suburbs and has a superb team of people around him. Choosing him to sell your home will be one of the best decisions you'll make around property.

Lewis helped us with the recent sale of our unit in Toowong and worked hard to get a great price very quickly! We loved working with him. Right from the start he was professional and efficient, developing a strong marketing plan that resulted in massive open house attendances. He is very knowledgeable of the Toowong unit market. We definately won't be buying from him with those negotiation skills!
