From past experience I had a somewhat cynical view of real estate agents and AI can easily create sham reviews. I can, however, happily verify that Lewis legitimately earns all of his 5 star reviews! From first meeting he was professional and gave me a clear outline of the sales process without the lip service. Far from being an agent that talks the seller down in price just to make a sale, Lewis was able to secure an excellent off market price which exceeded my expectations. He was also able to do this within a relatively short period of time so I was not left waiting. There were some minor hiccups to negotiate during the process but Lewis was calm and always had a plan which was reassuring. Overall he made the process smooth and as stress-free as possible. He has a great support team as well. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I could not have been happier with Melvyn Chen and Wendy Seccombe! Melvyn is so professional in his approach coupled with a sense of efficiency which I found very helpful. He organised so many moving parts so as to make my selling experience so smooth. Wendy is one Pocket Rocket filling in all the details and so approachable. She has a lovely kind but strong personality that as a women I found very comforting. The whole sale went so smoothly thanks to them. Thankyou again.

Mervyn arranged minor trades to complete repairs then coordinated having the unit styled and it made it all so easy for me. The sale mechanism was different with the online bidding, almost like an auction. Very effective. I’ll certainly consider his services whenever needed in Brisbane.
