We were comfortable placing an offer for the house Sonya was selling as she had provided quotes and reports from relevant consultants pertaining to the Subject property - contour plans, demolition quote, etc. The due diligence she’d performed prior meant that we didn’t have to research these ourselves. She was pretty transparent throughout the negotiation process - no playing games or time wasting, and most importantly was prompt in her responses. We appreciated that she took the extra initiative to check on the house for us after a hail storm. On another occasion, she wheeled the bins back after garbage pickup day - on her own initiative; we didn’t have to ask.
