We selected two agencies for initial interviews, based on their apparent success with similar properties in local sales in our area. Vern impressed us because he quickly identified the key attributes of our property that would appeal to particular sectors of the market. Every property is different but we felt that he correctly identified what would appeal to our prospective buyers. The sale process was quick and efficient and very successful. The photos of the property and particularly the video seemed to us to be very powerful tools in the successful marketing. Overall Vern had enormous energy levels which manifested themselves in a powerful personality and sense of humour – the whole sales process was surprisingly enjoyable (as well being pleasantly successful!). We would highly recommend him .

Vern has a no nonsense approach. His appraisal was exactly in line with the final selling price. He does not inflate the expected price but he absolutely delivers and then some in terms of his communication, commitment and hard work to get that house sold. He has an excellent network and provided lots of useful suggestions to help with selling the house. If we were to sell again, we would go straight to Vern. And on top of it all, he is a great, friendly guy.
