Firstly, I want to express how grateful I am to have had Vern as my real-estate agent. Since this was my first property purchase I had a lot of questions, and a lot of insecurities. Price is always a consideration; however, just as important for our situation was an extended settlement period and a buyer who appreciated the attributes of our location and home which we have loved living in for over 30 years. Lyndon helped us sell our Mum’s home after she moved to a care home. We were initially overwhelmed with the task as Mum and Dad has lived there for 20 years and there were a lot of emotions involved. Lyndon actually project managed (at no extra cost to us) all the repairs, repainting, cleaning, new carpets, garden tidy, and general updating and staging that meant when we put the house on the market it was bright, sparkling, fresh and clean - perfect for someone to move right in.
