Arnah-Leigh know the market she works in to a very high degree. She knew what would rent, what would sell, what had to be done to make a house rentable, what had to be done to make a house sellable. She also had great understanding of how to have a property renovated for a quick sale and what had to be improved to make it attractive to a long term tenant.
