Jason and the team went above and beyond, made leasing and selling our house seamless when we relocated to another town. Jason was always upfront and honest with advice and went above and beyond and put us first to achieve what we wanted. Wouldn’t hesitate to engage Mr Realestate in the future if ever needed 10/10 service!

Jason is the Champion Real Estate agent in Rockhampton. Always positive and tried to see the results. We are very happy and would like to recommend Jason the Mr. Real Estate.

Jason was extremely knowledgeable of the current climate and area of the house he sold for us. Jason was very attentive to our needs and had the house sold for the price we wanted in under a week. I would use Jason to buy and sell a house in the future.

Jason is just brilliant. My property was sold within 10 days of putting it into Jason Rayner's hands, at $46.000.00 more than one of his competitors advised me was a - maybe - achievable amount. Jason constantly updated me through the process, and kept up a dialogue with both my solicitor and the buyer's solicitor. He accepted calls from all parties well after normal office hours closed, even answered queries on a Sunday. I paid no money until settlement and the commission and marketing prices were very reasonable. When I have sold other properties I have been asked for up to $4,000 for the marketing alone, upfront.

The selling and sale of our property was professional and informative during the process. With up todate feedback from the Home Opens, to negotiations of price. We were kept up to what our best options were to step through to the sale and eventually to settlement of our Investment property. My only reluctance was that I should of contacted Mr Jason Rayner from Mr Real Estate sooner. Thank you Jas and the Team for your help. Ps Have a Merry Christmas 2021 and Safe and Prosperous New Year 2022.
