Dan is an experienced real estate salesman, he knows the Rockhampton region real estate market.
Dan is really "The Man". He understands the local market very well. He doesn't try to oversell the property, but does highlight all the good points of the property. I find Dan to be an honest and very trustworthy agent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dan to anyone interested in selling or buying in the Rockhampton Region.

Mr Realestate is an understatement
It’s obvious when you first speak with Jason that he has been around the industry for a long time. I enjoyed the up front status of the housing market and the advice as a seller of how best I needed to present and market my property to maximise sale and minimise the time on the market. Everyone has an opinion and an emotional attachment to their property which sometimes fogs the way we think about selling our property. Purchase in Gracemere
Daphne was very helpful in the negotiation of the sale and assisted in helping us achieve a good outcome for both us and the seller. We negotiated a delayed settlement to fit in with our moving requirements. Some small maintenance was required before the finalisation of the sale and this was handled promptly and communicated well to us.

Fast Sale Great Price
Thank you Jason for a fast sale on our property. We met with several agents and Jason was one of the only agents that didn't say "if it was 200m down the road it would be Frenchville and you could get $20k more." For a busy seller, Jason's fast response via text message is great.
