Dan was marvellous from the get go. I rang him from the border of Vic and NSW where I was living to purchase a property in Rockhampton I'd seen on the internet. He was happy to talk to me and give me all possible information on the property - he was honest informative and very helpful. Dan put me in touch with all the contacts I needed - even contacting people when I couldn't. He was fantastic! I'd recommend him any time.

After I had this house on the market with another agent and not seeing a soul through the house I put my trust in the hands of Jason. Not long after that the house was sold. We will be using his services again when we sell our next property.

Got the job done but at what expense. The property was tenanted but he got the tenant to leave before we wanted them to. Cost us a lot in loss of rental income. Did get the sale though....
Jason Rayner
would get him to sell my property anytime .

This is my second time selling my house through Jason, listed on a Wednesday and sold by the weekend!! Just as quick as the first time round. This time he managed a price higher than listing price! Just brilliant 👍👍
