Jason worked tirelessly to secure a buyer for our house, he was always friendly and his communication was first class from the time that I initially contacted him for an appraisal. If I was to have one complaint it was that we did not achieve the sale price that I originally wanted, this was because the market was never going to meet that price. If I had of known the eventual sale price when I decided to sell I would not have put it on the market, I don't blame Jason for this I blame myself and I recommend to anyone who is selling a house through any agent that they do their research, make a plan and stick to it, do not take any one agents advice but take them collectively or get an independent valuation. Keeping that small complaint in mind I would highly recommend Jason to anybody in Rockhampton, work out the price you want for your property, do your research to see if it is realistic if it is contact Mr Real Estate.

As the title suggests it was hard to pin point which one to use. Ease to deal with, face book , sold/selling emails, open houses emails, smses etc I can see why they excel. A huge shout out to Donna though who was a tireless worker. Honestly if you stumble accross this review, "do yourself a favour "(as Molly would say) and engage these people in either buying or selling a property .

We've been around the block in terms of buying and selling homes both private residential and investment, so we are not easily impressed or influenced by emotion. Words like potential, growth and the occasional embellishment around sales and value of things like pools and previous market sales were a little off putting and almost chased us away. So keep it real, if you don't know say so and if you can't know then give us advice so we can find out. On the subject of inspections, contracts and conveyancing it's better to provide a list of everyone or none at all, recommending certain providers made us suspicious and opens up the possibility of kickbacks and impropriety. Finally, don't keep "pulling up the roots to see if the flowers are growing" we were sold, we had a plan we stated it in the contract we were never going to settle any earlier than that. There are renovations to be done, rent on existing residence to be paid and kids schooling, moving and a whole lot of factors. Pushing for an earlier settlement made us feel you weren't listening or understanding our needs. We needed to know you cared before we cared what you know . Overall, it was a good experience but a balanced approach may have generated a less stressful journey through the process. Finally, putting our sellers cap on, it was clear that you are a great advocate for the seller, your passion and enthusiasm to get the best deal for them was evident and they should be proud and satisfied. We would definitely recommend you to sell our or friends property in the future. Thanks Donna hope the market is kind and returns to steady balanced growth.
