We had a really positive experience with ARENA Property Agents. The team has been professional, reliable and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. A special mention to Troya Adams, who has been amazing to deal with. She’s always quick to respond, easy to talk to and more than happy to help with anything that comes up. Her communication and willingness to go the extra mile really make you feel looked after and valued as a client. I’d definitely recommend ARENA Property Agents, and especially Troya, to anyone looking for a great property manager! Sunil And Rachhya

Rebecca made the whole process of listing our home for rent simple and stress-free. She was professional, responsive and easy to deal with from the start, and arranged amazing photography that presented the property beautifully. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, and we had tenants secured within days of the first open home. We really appreciated how easy Rebecca made the process for us and the care she took in getting everything right. Now that our home is leased, it is also reassuring to know we have Jason looking after the property moving forward. He has communicated clearly from the outset and made the transition into property management incredibly easy for us. A big thank you to Rebecca, Jason and the entire Arena team for making the whole experience so seamless and positive.

We had applied for a rental property and when I followed up with a phone call the property had already been approved by someone else. However, they assisted with changing the application to another property in the same area that had not yet been advertised which we were able to secure without issue. As we couldn't inspect in person, they provided a visual tour. Very prompt responses and following up. Very impressed and will highly recommend for anyone moving to Brisbane from Central QLD.

When I have a problem with the house I live in, I ask the real estate to quickly discuss it with the landlord and solve the problem.
