Marvin has been super reliable and knowledgeable! As soon as we know the tenant was moving, Marvin moved quickly and helped my family find brokers, conveyancers, inspectors, repairers to help prepare our property for sale. His team has allowed us to have minimal worries during an otherwise stressful time. From the date the tenant moved out, to the date of unconditional offer (exit report, maintenance, painter, plumber, electrician, open home, negotiation with buyers and son on), it only took Marvin THREE WEEKS! Marin is a very energetic and passionate about selling. After the few phone calls, I decided to give him a go , and put our property in his hand to sell even tough we have not met before. He is very honest, and trustworthy, and very knowledgeable of marketing trend . He made some suggestion of the fixing up the property before going on to the market, and he had this all done within 2 weeks with his contacts of tradesmen, and im happy with the work they've done. Marvin has kept us updated on the progress on new leads, open home inspections, feedback from the prospects every few days, and informed us on every important days between the contract sale and the settlement. The service he provided was second to none! Communication between us and him /his team was smooth and very effective. I highly recommend him being your agent. You don't have to be local, because until now, I still haven't met Marvin in person yet , but I knew if you have put the weights on his shoulder, he will have the job done, and nicely done.
