I and my husband were first home buyer and did not know much about buying a house here in Brisbane. We had inquired several properties and been in touch with some other agents during our house hunting, but Marvin is the only agent that can give us a satisfied education of the whole house buying process. His communication are always well-structured, precise and extremely responsive. We were very impressed with his professionalism. He would never hesitate to go an extra mile to meet us in person as late as 8pm or respond to our questions days and nights during negotiation process. We successfully buy the house and are extremely happy about it. There a little hiccup when we first moved in as it was during the Corona Virus outbreak and house moving service was not available at some point. Marvin answer to our call for help. He is not a type of real estate agent who disappears after selling. He did actually came to the house and help us out even though it was weeks after settlement date. We consider his help as from a sincere friend to our family as oppose to a pure business contact. Marvin helped me purchase my second piece of land and although I haven't dealt with a lot of real estate agents, Marvin has gone above and beyond of what I believe a real estate agent is required to do. Yes we met the standard criteria that most real estate agents aim for, but he consistently went above and beyond. Meeting with us after dinner to sign papers as our schedule required this, following up with our solicitors on our behalf, making sure both parties solicitors are on time. Marvin acted like a project manager during this process and with his faciliation in place, our purchase was settled with no issues. Not only that, but we were selling a property at the same time through another agent. When problems occurred with that, Marvin not only offered us advise and assistance, but he called our realtor and got things fixed and moving as well! This was when I knew he was the real deal as he did NOT have to help us with this as it had nothing to do with him but he showed how much he cares for his customers. I cannot fault anything that Marvin has done and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor. He works hard, is always professional and courteous. Just give him a call and he will pick up with the happiest tone no matter what time of the day it is. His customer service is exceptional and you will not be dissapointed with his services.
