I will confess that I never have had a high opinion of real estate agents due to them never following up and me having to always chase them for simple answers. But my opinion has changed significantly after dealing with Ryan and Team from Manor Real Estate. Simply put, when they say something is going to be done , its done and its done on time. This is not only a comment towards how they work, but also their trade’s and other contacts that they have introduced me to follow this same high work ethic The whole process of prepping, listing and finding tenant’s for our house was clear, simple and efficient and that is only due to the hard work these guys did in representing myself and my property in the market. 8 weeks after listing (and tenanting) our home I still get other real estate companies ‘returning my original calls’, so I know that my original opinions of real estate agents are probably still accurate. But Manor Real Estate is not your ‘ordinary, run of the mill’ Real Estate business and this is clearly visible in everything that they do.

As first time landlords, we didn't have much knowledge about the rental market and putting our property up for lease. Ryan was fantastic in explaining the process to us and happily answered any of our questions. As we were trying to find a larger place to move in to and rent ourselves plus find a tenant for our apartment, we were really keen to get this done with as little overlap as possible. All within a week, Ryan and Aimee arranged for photos to be taken, put our apartment up online, held the first open home and secured a quality tenant. This took the stress out of everything for us which helped us greatly with getting sorted for our move.
