Since my first interaction with Sharron I have noticed that she has a great experience in the suburb of Seven hills and every advise that she has given me was super valuable for me. Sharron and the team at C21 managed to seccure a tenant just4 days after my settlement during the uncertain time of COVID19. So based on this experience I am strongly suggesting them to any landlord who is looking for a professional and trustable PM.

Sharron has looked after my property for many years, Having dealt with many agents, I would confidently say she's one of the best in Seven Hills. Sharron gets the job done, you only need to ask once. Sharron is professional, thorougher and knows all the ins, outs and people required for effectively managing a rental property. Definitely recommend.

The Property Management Team at Century 21 Seven Hills have looked after this property ever since, with our original tenant staying in the property for 25 years. Sharon at Century 21 Seven Hills is our current Property Manager. Sharon is professional and proactive and always communicates in an appropriate time frame, she is great at keeping us in the loop regarding current/prospective tenants, maintenance and any other matters regarding the property. Sharon responds to any of our questions with valid, timely and valuable advice.

I would like to say thank you to Maria from Century 21 Seven Hills of leasing our property during current terrible pandemic period. We were so stress when received an email from our old tenants saying they had to move out due to financial difficulties caused by Convid-19. Maria, our property manager from Century 21, is such a professional agent. She went through with us in details of the changes of policies during this period and gave us so much confident that she could assist leasing out our property in a timeless manner. With her great help, we are lucky to welcome our new tenants without too much downtime. I would highly recommend Maria and Century 21 Seven Hills if we or any of our friends will need any assistant of property management.
