Matt did a great job highlighting all the features of the home in the one-on-one inspections (Covid restrictions). The time was limited, but it never felt rushed, even when I was late to the second inspection. I had a few separate questions about the property both before buying and after, and he was quick and efficient at chasing up the answers. He was contactable in a few different ways (phone, text, email) and was quick to respond to all of them. He was friendly and approachable.

Our experience with Jay Bacani - a well presented professional young man with a real attention to detail, answered the phone, replied to texts instantly and was a real pleasure to deal with. We also felt Jay was honest. Other agents would lie about other buyers or higher offers - Jay was straight forward and no garbage. Other agencies would always say bad things about manor and there staff - I couldn’t understand why. Nothing added up, it could only be jealously from other agencies not having there success and profile in the hills district as to why they’d say anything bad. An agent should give the customer an experience they’ll never forget. We just bought through Paul, Jay and Manor Real Estate. We had been looking for months and encountered agents that could barley speak english, some wore jeans and sports jackets and all had consistent traits - didn't answer the phone, could not negotiate and were a nightmare to deal with. Paul, Jay and the team at Manor were none of the above. The home went online yesterday, we called them same day and booked an appointment for today. I viewed the home with my family, made an offer on the spot and we closed the deal signing contracts just 6 hours later sealing the deal through a COVID lockdown with ease.
