We really appreciated the weekly updates that gave us feedback on every person who’d viewed the property, and their price guidance. It let us go to the auction with full confidence. We were very happy with the outcome in achieving above our reserve. I had full trust in Jay and his team to get us the best possible price for our house (and I think we did), and we all got on great and had a few laughs along the way!
