I have been known Igor for numbers of years when I wanted a rental appraisal of my family house, at the time I was sick of standard local real estate agents' attitude. So I tried something new, contacted Igor. His approach was different and gave us a higher rental appraisal at the time ! 3 years later, I had to have the property appraisal, Igor was so confident to the area's (Hills district) property trends, his useful market knowledge made us move very quickly to make clear decision. He also gave us great hints and tips for recommending what we must to do to put the property to the market. We were overwhelmed at the beginning as his speedy action and precise steps made us moving forward. Manor's culture is also different, good different. Their team work is effective and fantastic! Without Igor's enthusiastic and professionalism in the Real Estate /property market, we are unable to reach to such a fantastic outcome in the end. Highly recommend to meet Igor at least once in your life!

As a first home buyer, I couldn’t praise Scott enough for making my first home purchase as smoothly as it did. I’ve dealt with a lot of agents in the area , having scout around for a suitable place to plant our home for almost 6 months. Scott came across as being extremely knowledgeable about the market growth and was able to bring his experience into the sale pitch. Unlike other agents we’ve dealt with, his attitude pre and post sale remains consistently sincere, patient and amiable.
