From our very first meeting with Jay regarding the potential sale of our home, we were instantly impressed by Jay's professionalism, honesty and knowledge as an agent. I have heard of Rinat through various sources before I even engaged his service for the first time. Being a local resident and business owner for many years, I know Rinat can achieve one of the best result in Northmead. In fact, I personally think his sales price is the top 1 with my knowledge of property valuation. After engaging his service, I can totally why he can do that. Not many agents work 7 days and still chasing the deal at 8pm on a Friday night. I think he is the best person in the area if you want to achieve the best price.
