From our first introduction to Jay we have been welcomed with a friendly, polite courtesy that made us feel very comfortable with his manner. All of his advice was given without pressure and always proved out to be very accurate exhibiting a thorough knowledge of the local housing market. He went out of his way to give us every opportunity to take advantage of any cost saving possibilities that arose and we are very grateful for his expertise, energy and enthusiasm on our behalf.
Of course, no one in this industry can be fully effective alone and Jay is admirably supported by a wonderful team of people with many of whom we have had the good fortune to become acquainted. The most gentle and friendly prod to diminishing memory I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Many thanks Jacques and Ellie, you are a great pleasure to know.
