Jay, Marko, Ellie and the whole manor team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The whole experience as a Manor client was so easy, they organised everything from the stylist to the handyman and from beginning to end, we barely had to lift a finger. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to sell in the greater hills area to speak to Jay.

An extremely professional lead salesperson in Zach Eadie, supported by an equally professional team. Zach's knowledge of the market was 'spot on' and provided valuable knowledge and advice over the term of their engagement. Zach and the team delivered excellent advertising & communication throughout the campaign followed by a well organised auction. As a consequence of the successful campaign, we would not hesitate to recommend Manor Real Estate for the sale of your property.

Jay Bacani impressed us from our first experience with him. He listened to our situation and what we ultimately wanted with downsizing to a new property in retirement. Jay was personable, had a great deal of knowledge and experience in the real estate business and was extremely professional. He was meticulous in his approach to all aspects of both our sale and purchase. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay Bacani and his Manor Real Estate team if you are looking for a professional, friendly team with a great deal of integrity, knowledge and pride in what they do.

Jay sold our property in just 4 days, he got a great price and we are very very happy with Jay's professionalism, communication ability and devotion to his chosen profession. He kept us fully informed and guided us through the whole process. I have sold several properties in the past, but have never met an agent more committed to his work than Jay. If you are looking for an agent who gets things done, call Jay, you will not be disappointed
