I have known Ash for years and when he told me several years ago he was getting into real estate, I unquestionably knew he would be beyond exceptional. His qualities are outstanding; patience, dedication, honesty, considerate and caring just to name a few. As I was unaware of his schedule however, we went with another agent -- a decision which from a week into the experience I realised was wrong; regrettable is an understatement for that decision. When I kindly tried to break the contract with the former agency I was told, "You young people don't understand the market" and many more derogatory comments, which displayed only one thing: arrogance.
