I have known Zach for over 2 years when we first thought of putting our house on the market. I found him a very approachable, easy to deal and a transparent real estate agent. Not at any point did he push us to take action that we were uncomfortable with, worked with us and at the same time provided realistic information. When my wife and I finally made the decision to sell, we really did our research as we wanted to find an agent that really understood the importance of what our house meant to us and also ensured we would get a great price. Igor and his team were phenomenal throughout the entire process, the always made themselves available, entertained all our questions and it was clear they were invested in this journey just as much as we were. Igor mentioned he had a lot of potential buyers constantly looking in our area and his recommendation was to first try an off-market strategy to show them the home before listing it online. This made complete sense as we didn't need to outlay an additional costs for marketing. We received an offer well above our asking price the very next day and our house was sold 24 hours after our first off-market open home. We were ecstatic.
