From the minute Jay Bacani walked into our home we knew he would be the person to sell it. He came ready with a portfolio of our home, comparable properties and a step by step process. He was on our level and we knew we could trust him and saw his passion and excitement, a person who really loves what they do. Jay carries himself with honesty and integrity something we were really looking for in an agent. Jay's team were amazing and we felt cared for all the way by each and every one of them. The results speak for themselves and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Jay and the Manor team!

Rinat was an amazing agent, he knew what he was talking about. It was such a pleasure selling our first home with him. He made us understand the market and made us comfortable selling with him. He was very organised and his way communication was in detail. Thank you Rinat, hope we work together again in the future.

Jay knew the property inside and out. He was great with communication, and quick to respond at every turn. He made the whole experience an enjoyable one and made us only love the purchase of our forever home even better. Thanks Jay.

Jay Bacani and his team have made the entire process of buying a home a pleasurable experience. Jay has made the process smooth and seamless and guided us through this journey. He has done it with honesty and openness. Their suggestions were catered perfectly to our needs and requirements. This is what we desired from an agent, this is exactly what we wanted from an agent. A trusted partner, who is respectful and not pushy and gives you the time and space required for taking a decision. The home buying experience was something we will cherish forever. - Karan Kanchan

Before listing my long-time owned house in Baulkham Hills, I interviewed the highest and best-rated Real Estate Agents in our Hills District - purposely leaving Jay to my very last interview. As anticipated, Jay and Manor Real Estate's results and knowledge of our area were, quite simply, the best - I chose Jay. From Jay's initial appraisal document, I was able to use many of his professional network in a conveyancer, stylist, building inspector and cleaner - contact details for all of which (any many more) were appended to his document .... each person I dealt with was professional, economical and had a sense of urgency and quality - again first class. Jay was and is relaxed, personable and a pleasure to work with throughout what is a difficult process for any Vendor. On Auction Day, Jay and his (Manor Real Estate's) Auctioneer were absolutely first class negotiating what I now believe was a great price in a declining market. The Best Real Estate Agent (and Team) in our Hills District ! Craig Trevor - November 2017

This is the 6th house I have owned and Jay has been the most professional agent I have dealt with. He provides all clients with a clear understanding of what he will do along with a list of useful people that can help you with the sale. Although I didn't get the price i was after the house sold quickly and I know the new owners will love it as much as I do.

Jay was very pro-active in the sale of our home. He generated a lot of interest for open homes, online viewing and enquiries. He kept us up to date with progress the whole way through the process. Jay and his staff were very courteous, informative and professional. I would highly recommend Jay and his team to ayone selling their home in this area.

Jay Bacani's knowledge of the real estate market within the Hills District is outstanding. His advice on how to present your home to maximise the potential of your property helped us secure a great price for our property. He walked us through the whole buying and selling process step by step and held our hand each step of the way. This was greatly appreciated by us, as was his honest answers to our many questions along the way. Jay and the Manor Real Estate team went out of their way to accommodate our requests to view properties. Jay was up front and honest with us about prices, property details, market dynamics and upcoming houses to the market. He really helped us find the right home for us and helped negotiate a great deal for us on our desired home before auction. Jay's approach is friendly and he makes himself available for questions and advice on properties he is marketing, as well as others on the market with other agents, anytime of the day and night 7 days a week. His customer service goes above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend Jay Bacani and the Manor Real Estate team for their professionalism, work ethic and friendly approach.

It is always an important decision when selecting a Real Estate Agent to market your home in order to obtain the best possible price amongst a host of other quality properties. After an initial meeting with Jay BACANI from Manor real Estate we never had any doubts that this agent had all of the necessary credentials to market our property for the highest possible value in a competitive real estate market. That turned out to be the case that resulted in our property obtaining a maximum result due to this agent and his diligent staff marketing our property in a most professional and knowledgeable manner. I have no hesitation in recommending this agent should you be contemplating selling your property in the near future.

I highly recommend Zack and the team at Manor. Their advice was sound and they communicated well before, during and after the sale. Zack gave much needed support through the sale of our home of more than 20 years. Thank you again Zack. I know we will work together again in the future. Kind regards Emily Gillman
