One of the best agents out there
From the moment we met Jay at an open house we found him professional, personable and knowledgeable. Jay was easy to talk to and always honest and ethical. Genuine and honest
After spending months and months searching for a property around the Hills district and dealing multiple real estates agents, I can honestly say Jay, Paul and the team were the easiest and most professional to work with. They are honest and genuine with their approach, to make it fair for all buyers. Jay will be top of my list when I consider to sell or buy a property.

Very Professional
Jay was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the local market. He had confidence in his own abilities and committed to selling our property. He communicated very clearly how he would market and sell the property giving us confidence in his experience and reassurance of the process. He also listened to us and understood our needs. We were very pleased that Jay sold our property within two days of the first open home after having several offers. Overall we are very happy with Jay and would recommend him.

Fantastic agent
