He was professional, courteous, caring and respectful through out the whole process. We couldn't of asked for any part of the process to go any mor smoothly then it had. Igor, Once again thank you and your team for everything you did for us and wish you all the deserved sucess which is sure to follow!!! Cheers Steve and Marina

Jay and the team at Manor Real Estate were fantastic to deal with. I found Jay to be a true professional, a gentleman and someone who has an extrinsic market knowledge of his target market. From start to finish, Jay made us feel comfortable with the process and provided ongoing and continual support throughout the sale process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay to any seller in the Hills area. Best agent going around without doubt.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending Jay, and already have. He and the team at Manor are great to deal with. It's no wonder nearly every house in the Hills is being sold by Manor.

I thought the process of dealing with a real estate agent was going to be difficult. Jay made it easy, and I found him to be a genuine, nice guy. Manor successfully sold my house, and Jay's knowledge was proven correct. I wish him all the best for the future, and would recommend him without hesitation.

Jay explained in detail and in no nonsense understated style what his sales methods were. He let us know where things were up to throughout and sold our home after one open at the top end of the range we were after. This was achieved after we took all of his advice and used his preferred support team who assisted us to set the house up for sale and marketing. I have no hesitation is recommending Jay and the Manor team to people looking to sell their biggest asset. Thanks Jay for a surprisingly enjoyable selling experience and a great outcome.
