Following an unsuccessful attempt to sell our property during a period of rapidly escalating interest rates, we received an unexpectedly good offer out of left field. The offer was expertly and expeditiously handled by Daniella Lazzaro resulting in a quick sale. This required timely communication between buyer and vendor via Daniella with a good outcome for all parties. Her performance during this transaction could not be faulted.

We have been clients of Jay’s for over 7 years, and he recently sold our second home for a record price. He is the ‘best of the best’ in the Hills District – professional, genuine, honest, extremely knowledgeable and always available to his clients. The wider Manor team we dealt with were outstanding and made the selling process a breeze from start to finish. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and cannot thank Jay enough for all his efforts.

During a time where selling your family home can be seen as daunting, especially when agents are seen to low ball your property value or over inflate to capture your sale, Harry stepped up to provide realistic timelines and expectations with exactly what we were after from bringing in true home buyers wop understood my home's value to sharing insights and feedback every step of the way no matter what time of day we required his assistance. There was no ambiguity in communication and when the property market was facing uncertainty, it did not phase his confidence one bit and continued to follow the strategy he set out from stage 1. It is very rare to find an authentic agent who cares for seller and stands by during the hiccups and tough times but he genuinely was there taking perspectives from each family member to ensure he delivered on all our expectations - and on thr 29th of October did exactly that on our day of auction. Simply - if we're asked to refer an agent for future sales, his name would come top of mind without any caveats attached. Thank you Harry.

We were impressed by Ash and his Team’s enthusiasm and expertise from our very first meeting. Ash and Richard provided comprehensive information with regard to the current market and were honest and transparent throughout the sale process. They continually reviewed and reflected on our marketing strategy and did not hesitate to make recommendations based on feedback received from buyers. Not only were we impressed by Ash and Richard’s marketing expertise, but we also appreciated the time they both took to get to know the needs of our family. We would highly recommend Ash and his Team to anyone looking to buy or sell and we are truly grateful for everything they have done to help us to start our new journey.
