Rinat first made contact with us approximately two years before placing our property on the market. He kept in contact but was at no time forcing us to place our property on the market. We found his approach to selling suited our expectations. Once we made the decision to sell Rinat acted quickly to take advantage of the market. His attention to detail and his communication was excellent throughout the campaign. We set our reserve and Rinat offered his advice but trusted ours. On auction day he calmed our nerves as it was during the middle of Covid and he assured us he would get the best sale possible on the day. The auctioneer he used was very good and we achieved considerably higher than reserve. We would not hesitate to recommend Rinat and his team. We found them reliable, ethical and honest.

We had a small unit located in Northmead which we decided to go with Rinat from Manor Real estate. Simply because we sold our previous house in Baulkham Hills with them and was exceptionally happy with their professionalism and understanding of the current market and their service. Rinat is set to be one of the most pleasurable real estate agent to work with and he is on top of the housing market in Northmead. He is very professional, always kept us in the loop and providing buyers feedback after every opening home. Rinat made himself available to us as vendors and the potential buyers 7 days of the week for any enquiries and private inspections. He was very prompt with replying to our messages and answering phone calls as well. Extremely helpful, transparent, and reliable through the whole process and kept us on top of everything which is what a vendor needs! Due to the unforeseen market changes and the other competitions around the area, it did take a little longer than anticipated to sell the property. However, Rinat did not stop with the open homes and provided us with constant follow ups as well as calling the buyers for feedbacks. We can see a lot of time and hard work has been invested in selling our unit and are happy with the end result. We would definitely recommend Rinat and Manor Real estate to my friends and family.
