John is the most knowledgeable and personable real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I started talking to John some 12 months or so ago when He knocked on our door canvasing the neighbourhood. At the time I was undertaking a laundry list of projects in preparation for placing the house on the market. Throughout this time John kept us up to date with the latest property insights and the state of the market. When it was finally time to list our house, John was the only choice. Other agents that we interviewed gave similar market opinions but did not have John's personable and reassuring manor.
