Lauren MacDonald deserves an extra star! From the first meeting, nervous about our first property sale, she demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism and expertise in the real estate market. She held our hand through the entire process, incredibly responsive and always available to answer our questions. It did not take long to establish trust in her gentle nature and resourcefulness particularly relating to our budget. I cannot recommend Lauren MacDonald and Belle Property enough, with an extra star for being personable.

From the get go, Oumaya has been right there with us! Her communication is quick, clear and super relatable. She made the entire process so smooth and easy for us. She told us what we need to do, she organised the styling, photographers and even the building report visit! Oumaya is always professional and very knowledgeable in marketing and what would work best to sell our home - which obviously worked because it was sold in 8 days! Oumaya was always available to contact and she gave us immediate feedback after open homes, working after hours to ensure we were kept in the loop. We felt so comfortable with Oumaya selling our first home and trusted her throughout the whole process. Could not recommend high enough!!!

Oumaya has been fantastic to deal with, she has a great sense for the value of the market & is very personable in her communication during the sales process. Oumaya is very professional and always has the best interest for the sellers, whilst being able to build relationships with the buyers. I couldn't recommend Oumaya any higher and had complete trust in her throughout the whole sales process. We were able to achieve a great result after being on the market for only 8 days.
