I cannot recommend Bree highly enough. Right from the start Bree helped me feel so comfortable with the selling process. She really listened and gave me the time to understand how things work and what to watch out for. I was so grateful for the very kind and realistic evaluation she gave of my home. It’s always hard to be objective about your own home but Bree was able to give a well delivered but honest opinion. This helped me have a good idea of what my place would be worth without getting my hopes up or my feeling like it was just being priced for a quick sale.
