I met Bree when inquiring about a property she was marketing at 46 Boolimba Crescent, Narrabundah. I was immediately impressed by her straight-talking style and it quickly became apparent she was very well informed about the real estate market in my part of town. I purchased the Narrabundah property. Bree was very helpful. Looking at other recent sales in the area, I believe the price I paid was fair. Because of that positive experience I asked Bree to market by apartment at 14/111 Canberra Avenue, Griffith. Again, Bree was very helpful, particularly when it came to discussing our sales campaign strategy. Her assumptions were realistic and her advice was straight-forward. Bree was very upfront about what price she believed could be achieved and how to go about the campaign. Bree identified a likely buyer early on, and we achieved an excellent price in challenging circumstances. During the campaign, two similar properties in my building were put to the market, one at a much lower price. With Christmas approaching, I began to worry that we would not sell the property until the New Year. However, I resolved to trust in Bree's instincts and advice. I am glad I did that, because we achieved the desired outcome. I will not hesitate to recommend Bree to friends in the future. I was also very impressed with her associate Chloe.

A big thanks to Bree and Chloe from Belle Property who managed the marketing and sale of our home. From the outset Bree’s home sales knowledge and experience was evident and her friendly and positive personality was exactly what we were looking for in an agent. Bree helped guide us through the process including assisting with selecting a legal firm and property stylist. Bree was also able to gain serious interest from buyers on their books prior to advertising the home. Immediately after each open home Bree would call and let us know how it went and who were the serious potential buyers. We also received regular written reports and Bree was always very responsive to our questions.
