Belle is a bubbly person who impressed me with her positive demeanor when I met her at an open home in Evatt. She listened carefully to my aspirations when I invited her to do an appraisal of my property and was never negative about the prospects for a sale. Belle was also flexible about the commission she would charge. I'm very happy with the buyers who have bought my property as they love my garden. I was concerned that it might just be bulldozed. Belle worked on my behalf to achieve a price I'm very satisfied with. There was a slight problem with communications initially but this was quickly resolved. I don't understand your star system as there doesn't seem to be any way to select anything but excellent.
