Linda knows a lot about the block of units where we sold and has a good network of people she engages with to deliver services and fixes. That was very good. I felt that she could have done more to liaise with us about what she thought the open houses were revealing and what she intended to do next. I also thought that she should have engaged more with us before she liaised with our solicitor who also had communications problems, so that we felt more like the client.

Lauren's knowledge of the market was en pointe. From the outset, she had us confident we would be near the price we wanted and even though we were against doing an auction, assured us it was the right course of action for us. She was correct. Lauren is the reason 'Real Estate Agents' have a much better reputation now. She is a straight shooter, very personable, able to placate our concerns, friendly, humorous and dedicated to the purpose. We went into an auction to sticky beak and came out home owners, so our experience was pretty great. Lauren and Chris were incredibly helpful in negotiations to get both the sellers and ourselves to an agreement we were all happy with. I do feel a bit guilty for how many times Lauren had to run up stairs in heels to chat with the sellers on our behalf, but they were informative, helpful, and keen to assist in the progress of the sale without being overly pushy or inconsiderate of our position.
