Dan did a good job in a tight market with a sepperated couple selling. He managed one buyer and was able to advise up on the market and how to deal with the buyer. It was challenging when an offer was accepted and the contracts did not exchange promptly leading to a loss of sale price of 15k. I believe some of this should be comming out of his commission.

What a great team work!!! We just sold a property with Louise and Dan being the agents and Annika - their assistant. But there were at least several other people from Belle Property and/or their contractors working with them in the background to make it all happen. That made us assured that we were in good hands.
