Linda has sold two apartments in Canberra's Inner South for me over the last two years. On both occasions the sales process was very well managed. Linda was good to deal with and very efficient at her job. I felt that I got the right advice and a good service. I received a better than expected price for both apartments. I highly recommend Linda.

Steve managed to sell our principal residence throughout the worst of Covid 19 in the end an excellent result through persistence in finding the right buyer Steve also sold an investment property of ours in January 2021 after marketing with a tenant proved difficult for some months having the apartment styled to make it very appealing sold from the 1st open home we could not wish for more.

Dan M was known to us from earlier days. His performance was exceptional in all aspects as were those of his support team.

Dan originally sold us our apartment many years ago and it has been a pleasure to have him back for it’s sale again. He is a wizard of knowledge and backed by a cadre of painters and handymen. The apartment was prepared ready for sale, and then sold, all in less than a week!
Dan McAlpine
Good experience. Dan advised us well and kept us informed throughout the process.

Linda has demonstrated great professionalism while dealing with our marketing campaign; she has gone beyond expectations, especially in the leading of the auction. We highly recommend Linda to anyone in search of a personal approach. This is the third property we trust Linda to sell on our behalf and we will go back to her without a doubt.
