I had discussed selling my property with other agents who had not shown any interest other than commission. I met Linda through Belle property who showed an interest in my sale. Linda assisted me with suggestions to improve small items for sale and how the whole process would work. The process was simple easily followed the inspections were great there was a lot of value add with good knowledge of the area schools, shopping centres, distance to town centres and developments in the area. Really invested work, I couldn't be happy with the outcome and the auction went well with above expectations as a result. The after sales continued on also with tax assistance information. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone wishing to make the sale a more personal approach to achieve a better result with attention to detail.

When I was preparing the house for market, Linda’s market knowledge was demonstrated through useful and excellent feedback on areas that I needed to focus on. In addition to sound advice, Linda helped when I needed it to make these things happen. In the early stages of marketing the house there was a lockdown due COVID which complicated the sale and raised my anxiety levels. However Linda was excellent in talking though the best ways to move forward with the sale. She is a terrific negotiator which was demonstrated when she dealt with a number of unexpected little hiccups that arose in the process. In the end, despite the difficulties arising from COVID, Linda remained focussed on delivering a great pool of potential buyers which lead to an excellent price outcome. Linda has been terrific to work with and I believe she is an excellent agent.

I chose Linda and belle property from three good candidate agencies. She followed up when she said she would and dealt with many extra details for me because I am I interstate. She dealt with a tenant who was prickly about inspections and ensured the property always looked gorgeous by organising cleaner and flowers. But best of all what a tenacious and professional sales person she is. The price achieved was above expectations. Finally, in dealing with the end to end process belle property were efficient, digitised and smart - respecting my time and providing a great service experience.
