Bree was fantastic - she did a great job marketing our property and making sure it had wide exposure, beautiful photos, and reached the highest number of buyers possible. We had fantastic numbers of people through and a good number of registered bidder at auction, which achieved our dream price. What we most liked was how there weren’t many games for buyers: Bree knows the market and is upfront with buyers about what the property is worth.
