I engaged George Vlandis to sell a residence in Kaleen via auction. I found George to be a true professional and a delight to deal with. He is always very positive and responsive to my queries and is indeed knowledgeable of the Canberra property market. It was always easier to make decisions about the sale of the property following our numerous discussions. After the initial building inspection, there were some potential building structural issues that needed to be resolved. George took everything in its stride and arranged to get the remedial work completed without delay. He also looked after external landscaping work as well as arrange the internal painting, and styling of the property during the inspection period prior to auction. All of the actions above were done in my absence, as I live in Sydney and it was not practical for me to travel to Canberra each time action had to be taken. I am therefore very grateful and fully appreciate the immense work that George undertook in preparing the property for auction so that I could potentially get the best possible price for the property.

I saw a lot of houses and a lot of agents in the search for my new house and George was easily the nicest one to deal with.
