It is a pleasure to appraise George Vlandis in regards to the sale of our Macgregor property. George impressed us with his friendly manner, his knowledge and organisational skills. He advised us on outcome of all open house inspections, answered all of our queries promptly and displayed a special interest in regards to our sale. We engaged George as he’d sold a similar property in our area just prior to us looking to sell. He was able to use that recent experience and local knowledge to make our sale process really straightforward (ideal as we had a little one at home, and didn’t want too much hassle from the process). We had an acceptable offer above our asking price in less than a week. George’s communication with us through the process was great.

George is an excellent real estate agent who was a pleasure to deal with. With George's help I got what I believe to be an excellent price for my property. And that happened quite easily even though I was still living in the property thanks to clear communication from George throughout the process. Overall I am very happy with the results and would definitely consider George for future property sales.

We have dealt with many agents over 50 years in both Australia and USA. George is a rare agent who did not play any games with us (most rare). He answered most of our questions immediately and any he didn't, he had a written answer for us in a very short time. He arranged several property visits for us at short notice and overall his communications were 5 star. He was also very personable and never was there a hint of BS (also rare today). Thanks George.

George sold an investment property for me. The investment property was an old apartment that was built in the 70s and I had concerns regarding the numerous new apartments for sale on the market. He offered constructive advice on what I needed to do to prepare the apartment for sale. George really made me feel comfortable regarding his knowledge of the market. He was at all times a true professional. Overall, it was a very smooth process and I am happy to say, the property sold within a month and George was able to negotiate more than the listed sale price.

George was our first choice agent for the sale of our property due to his knowledge and proven track record of providing us with latest information on the houses within our area. During the marketing campaign we were provided with ample opportunities to present our home to potential buyers in a short but effective time frame. George actively followed up on buyers feedback and interest to present a range of registered bidders at our auction. The result on auction day is the sale price was well above reserve and is a testament to George and his team at LJ Hooker Belconnen. George demonstrated his ability to link the right buyers with our property. We will definitely engage George for future real estate transactions and encourage others to use George's services for their real estate requirements.
